Pumkin Bumkin Fest

FREE and open to the public!! A celebration of the season, pumpkins, and unique or unusual art forms in downtown Oil City. Friday night is kids night with a costumed parade (top prize $100 Toys R Us gift card), family movie, fireshow, Giggles the Clown, the Great Pumpkin Adventure and more!! Saturday come prepared for fun!! Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast, hayrides around the city, face painting, giant pumpkin carving, juggling, stilt-walking, Frack's Freakshow, the Pennsylvania State Beard and Mustache Championships, and Punishment at Pumkin Fest (2 hours of non-stop professional indie wrestling mayhem), nationally acclaimed Kiss tribute band MR.
